WEEKLY CALL SCHEDULE

Hi Everyone,Please see the schedule for this week below.  Again, I will be out of town Monday through Thursday but Sara Ramos is super awesome and will be helping me out from Monday–Wednesday of this week.  Just like last week, please be sure to continue to text/email me if you will be late for any reason and I will relay the info to Sara.  Thank you again for your patience and flexibility with my absences! 🙂

Announcements:

– Social Event: For Lesley’s social event planned for June 30th, it seems like some are unable to attend.  We would like to take a quick poll to see if Friday the 7th would work better for a cast gathering.  I will send out a Doodle shortly after this email with the two dates. Please let us know which date(s) you would be available for the event.

– Set Moving: You will see I called all men for set moving on Wednesday.  We are making this an official call.  If there are any women not called to rehearsal please feel free to come as well.  Once the set is completely up, we will officially have a set for the show! 🙂

– Scheduling: On a couple days this week, we have multiple items going on during the same day.  Please be sure to look closely at the schedule to ensure you are not called.  Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
